Eight invited artists and two duos have been working on various aspects of Friedrich’s work. Their work will be presented in different types of contemporary art as performances, performative installations, happenings or action art. It is even possible to become part of a work of art. The artist Anne Marte Overaa has developed the work Kreti & Pleti for the performance day. The work consists of pairs of lovers wearing caps with patches and kissing in public spaces. Become part of the performance piece Kreti & Pleti, a tribute to the romantic genius in all of us! And this is how it works:
- Receive embroidered badges. (can be picked up at Studio Galerie Greifswald).
- Sew the patch on your hats/caps.
- Go out in public on July 13 in Greifswald and wear the hats with badges.
- And then kiss each other.
